Arleen Mark is a New York City trained artist, having studied at the Art Students' League in Manhattan, and following with a career that spans over 40 years. While traveling the world, she grew particularly fond of Spain and Italy, and for a decade lived between New York and Malaga. Arleen's travels have enriched her works, and together with her many personal transitions, have contributed experience and creativity to the many phases of her career. The result is what you see in her work: that of deep and intense imagery; bold and broad colors.

Exhibiting from SoHo to Chelsea, from Malaga to Munich, as well as throughout Long Island where she calls home, Arleen's work has created excitement and enthusiasm for the many people that have viewed and purchased her art. She has also designed and executed murals for the Suffolk County Development Center (Melville, NY) and sat on the Directors Advisory Committee of the Hillwood Museum (Greenvale, NY). She is a long standing member of the Pleiades Gallery in Chelsea, a former member of the National Association of Women Artists, the Manhasset Art Association, and the Fine Arts Museum of Hempstead.
